Kyokujitsu Vietnam matches Vietnamese people who want to work in electrical construction management and CAD field with Japanese <electrical construction related> companies who are challenging the future and helps to create an environment where both are happy. Our mission is to become a bridge between the two countries.


Qualifications and skills
We choose the most excellent Vietnamese engineers who want to do CAD and design for Japanese companies among highly-skilled foreign human resources who have studied electrical / electronic systems and design living in Vietnam or Japan. (status of residence is “Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services”). Japanese Language Proficiency Test N3 or above.
※Highly-skilled human resources will not accept unskilled work. The rules and treatment of working hours will be the same as for Japanese people.
※The place of work may be outside Japan or Vietnam if engineers have other high skills such as good level of English.

About Japanese employers
We will introduce electrical and electronic-related companies in Japan that want to hire highly skilled foreign human resources. You will be asked to participate in an interview with Japanese companies who already cleared our conditions that the salary has to be equal to or higher than that of Japanese employees.

Pre-departure orientation
Generally, technical education and training will be provided by the hiring company after hiring. At Kyokujitsu Vietnam, together with Saomai Japan (Setagaya-ku, Tokyo), we utilize the visa application waiting period (3-6 months) to provide orientation for basic knowledge of Japanese electrical equipment and practical Japanese learning.

Studying method to develop independence
Support for basic knowledge education of electrical equipment
1. Overview of the electrical equipment industry (what kind of market it is)
2. Knowledge of 2nd class Qualified Certified Electrician
3. How to write Japanese electrical equipment drawings (construction drawings)
In addition to technical knowledge, we will introduce about Japan, their business manner, and team work in Japanese.
About acquisition of Japanese proficiency
1. Reconfirm your Japanese skills, set goals, and review your Japanese knowledge according to your level (review of N4 and N3 levels, etc.)
2. Learning technical Japanese in the electrical equipment industry
Japanese skills are indispensable for living and working in Japan. Aiming for further heights, we will thoroughly support you to improve your Japanese skills before your departure.
Recruitment process

Entry
First of all, please fill in the inquiry form with the necessary information and contact us. Later, our PIC may ask you about the reasons for wanting to get a job in Japan and your knowledge and experience so far.

Document screening/hearing
Based on the information you filled in, we will determine if we can introduce jobs for you.

Hearing of desired conditions and job introduction
After listening to your desired conditions (job type, place of work, salary, etc.), we will search for and introduce a job that suits your wishes.

Interview
We will conduct an interview with the hiring company (On-site interview / online). Please appeal your experience, Japanese language ability, and enthusiasm for work in Japan.

Job offer
Congratulations! Once you have been chosen, you will be notified of the job offer. We will discuss the labor contract between the hiring company and the prospective employees. If you are unfortunately not hired, we will recommend a new company.

Preparatory work after matriculation
